How do I qualify for free shipping?

We offer free shipping on any purchases over $100 USD or $140 CDN before
taxes.

How long does it take to receive my order?

We process orders M-F from 8am-3:30pm EST. Once an order is processed it
typically ships in 3-8 days. Once it ships transit time may vary depending upon
your location and courier. We estimate delivery between 2-4 weeks.

Can I track my order?

Once you place an order, you will receive an automated email confirming
your purchase. You will receive a second email notification once your purchase
ships. The second notification will contain courier tracking information.

How do you ship your product?

Your order will ship out by courier. We utilize Fedex, UPS, and other
carriers depending on the ship to address and product size.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept VISA, MC, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Pay Pal.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, we use secure encryption technology to protect your payment information.

Do you offer gift cards?

We currently do not offer gift cards.

Yes, you can modify your cart until you confirm your order.

Do I need an account to place an order?

While not mandatory, creating an account allows you to track your order history, manage saved items, and enjoy faster checkout in the future.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once your order has shipped, you cannot cancel your
order. You will receive an order confirmation email followed by an emailed shipment
notice.

We currently are set-up to ship anywhere in Canada, and the United
States.

What if my product arrives damaged?

If your product arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged product before
opening. Also take photos of the damage to the artwork. Contact
customerservice@artsourcehome.com within 48 hours of receiving your item

What is your return policy?
