Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love your new artwork. If a piece doesn't quite fit your space, we are here to help.
1. Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to decide if the artwork is right for you. If you wish to return a piece, please contact us at customerservice@artsourcehome.com within this timeframe to initiate the process.
2. Condition & Packaging
To be eligible for a full refund, the artwork must be returned in its original condition and in its original packaging.
* Handle with care: Please wear gloves or handle the art by the edges to avoid fingerprints or smudges.
* Secure packing: If the original packaging is damaged, you are responsible for purchasing similar professional-grade materials to ensure the art is not damaged during transit.
3. Return Shipping Costs
* Change of Mind: For standard returns, the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and insurance. We highly recommend using a tracked service.
* Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your art arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, we will cover 100% of the return shipping costs and provide a full refund or a replacement at no extra charge.
4. Damaged Shipments
In the rare event of shipping damage, please:
1. Take photos of the damaged packaging before opening.
2. Take photos of the damage to the artwork.
3. Email these photos to us within 48 hours of delivery so we can file a claim with the carrier.

The following items are considered Final Sale:

6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned artwork, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
